Michael G. Rademaker is the visionary founder and CEO of MGR Real Estate, MGR Property Management, and MGR Services, a family of integrated companies headquartered in the Inland Empire and widely recognized as one of Southern California’s premier real estate organizations. With more than 40 years of industry experience, Michael has built MGR into a multi-faceted enterprise that encompasses residential and commercial brokerage, property management, leasing, development, and investment advisory services.
Michael entered the real estate business at 19, demonstrating an entrepreneurial mindset and an unwavering commitment to client service that would define his career. Early successes led him to establish MGR, growing the company into a regional leader known for integrity, innovation, and excellence. Under his leadership, MGR has expanded to offices in Ontario, Victorville, Irvine, Costa Mesa, Carlsbad, and Rancho Mirage, with a portfolio that spans residential, commercial, industrial, and land assets.
