With more than 35 years of leadership in the real estate industry, Bill brings deep expertise in brokerage operations, organizational growth, and strategic management. His career includes executive roles at Tarbell, Realtors and Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, where he oversaw large teams, guided corporate initiatives, and helped shape operational best practices across multiple offices.
At MGR Real Estate, Bill serves as a senior advisor to the CEO and plays a central role in driving the company’s long-term vision. He oversees growth strategies, market expansion, acquisitions, recruitment initiatives, and office development. Bill also directs key support services for both the Real Estate and Property Management Divisions, ensuring agents and staff have the tools, systems, and resources needed to perform at the highest level. His leadership has been instrumental in creating and implementing company-wide policies and procedures that promote consistency, compliance, and operational excellence.
Bill is known for his collaborative leadership style, strong communication skills, and ability to build high-performing teams. His experience spans residential, commercial, property management, and organizational development, giving him a uniquely broad perspective on today’s real estate markets.
Beyond his work at MGR, Bill is deeply committed to public service. He currently serves as the Mayor of Upland, California, where he works closely with community members, business leaders, and regional agencies to support economic development, public safety, and quality of life initiatives. Bill also serves on numerous local, county, and regional boards, contributing his expertise in governance, policy, and community planning.
