Milad Khosravi

Milad Khosravi joined MGR Real Estate after working in business development and acquisitions for an express exterior car wash. He brings an intimate knowledge of the car washing industry, including site analysis and feasibility, valuation, and development underwriting. Milad expanded his breadth of focus after joining MGR’s Retail Team, applying his financial modeling and deal-making experience to single and multi-tenant retail properties, and continues his site-selection efforts for express car wash operators. Milad graduated from Chapman University in 2016 with a degree in Psychology.
