I have lived in Chino Hills for over 20 years. Over the past 20 years I have seen the Inland Empire grow and the population change for the better. This is definitely a great place to live, raise a family, and prosper.
I grew up in a restaurant cooking alongside my father in Los Angeles, Chinatown. It was a lot of work for a 13 year old but I learned to cook and how to work hard.
After graduating from college, I went into importing/exporting/wholesaling soft toys. It was a nice business and helped to train me in negotiating with buyers, sourcing products from overseas was fun. Over the years I used my finance/real estate degree from USC to purchase warehouses in Ontario for our business, and apartment buildings in L.A. County, which I still own, for investment.
But in 2009, our business dropped dramatically and the company could not survive. Toys took a big hit and we were forced to close.
Using my experience in the wholesale business, I went to work for a friend in Rancho Cucamonga as their Key Accounts Sales Manager working with buyers from large chain stores. It was good position, but I still liked real estate. So, I worked and studied to get my real estate license at the same time. in December 2015 I got my DRE License and starting working part time at Century 21 Beachside while still keeping my job in Rancho Cucamonga. Eventually, I the big leap and quit my regular job and moved to MGR Real Estate, Inc. I’ve been a full-time commercial associate ever since and do not regret that decision.
If you are looking for a hard working commercial real estate agent in the Inland Empire to help you Buy, Sell, or Lease your commercial property, I’m your guy. Give me a call and let me know how I can help you.
