Your Community Manager will be your primary point of contact for the board members to reach out to regarding questions, updates, meetings, etc. The Community Manager will attend your meetings, inspections, and is also available to you by phone and email.

MGR is proud to offer leading industry technology to allow for pertinent information to be available at your finger tips. The portal will offer information to be available for homeowners (such as clubhouse rental forms, architectural requests, insurance documents, and other community specific documents). Board Members will have additional access, such as for invoice approval, board packets, monthly financials, etc.
Board Members receive access to additional documents, such as board packets and financials. This also allows board members to keep and track previous documents for ease of reference. The portal provides the most immediate form of access to documents, allowing the Community Manager to make documents available and accessible as soon as they are available.

MGR can communicate on a large scale to the membership through email blasts and documented information in the portal. Communication material such as flyers, newsletters, etc. can be distributed immediately.
Membership may submit online maintenance requests and receive an update when the work order is in progress and closed, allowing for simplified communication on dayto-day service requests.
