Melissa A. Sheridan
Melissa Sheridan has been a valuable asset to MGR Property Management since 2004, working very closely with company CEO Michael Rademaker, in managing his personal portfolio of buildings. Sheridan is also one of MGR’s Senior Property Managers. She has been managing a large portfolio of commercial properties since 2006 and was awarded the company’s “Property Manager of the Year” in 2007. Sheridan’s daily tasks include overseeing work orders, walk-through inspections with tenants, renewing current leases, maintaining rents at market value. Sheridan works very closely with property owners to ensure an outstanding rapport. In addition, she closely oversees a Commercial Team to make sure the department operates smoothly.
Shelley Skaggs joined MGR in 2018 and is the company’s senior association property manager. Skaggs has been working with owners’ associations since 1991 and has a diverse background of association experience between various property types, locations, and sizes. She is also a designated Certified Community Association Manager (CCAM), ensuring her continued education and training of the most current association laws. Skaggs has been an instrumental team member in the growth of MGR Property Management’s HOA division through her drive to understand, accommodate, and exceed the needs and requirements of each association. A dedication to her associations and the MGR team additionally won her the MVP Award in 2019.
Dana Rademaker serves as Director of Business Development and Public Relations for MGR, where she provides support for the company’s growth strategy, client engagement, marketing, and community outreach initiatives. Since joining MGR in 2012, Dana has been central to driving the company’s expansion into new markets, building client loyalty, and enhancing the MGR brand across Southern California.
Dana’s responsibilities include developing and executing marketing campaigns, coordinating media and public relations efforts, and creating strategic partnerships with industry organizations and community leaders. She is a support liaison between clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication, exceptional service delivery, and consistent operational performance.
A graduate of San Diego State University with a degree in Business Management, Dana is also a Certified Community Association Manager (CCAM), underscoring her expertise in residential community operations. Dana is recognized for her leadership, creativity, and ability to develop programs that enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency. She plays a critical role in fostering a strong organizational culture, mentoring team members, and ensuring that MGR continues to be a trusted and innovative partner for residential and commercial communities.
