I would like to thank Warren for helping us find a commercial space that fit all of our corporate requirements and our budget in this difficult sellers market. Warren worked tirelessly and used out-of-the-box thinking to find a location as the commercial real estate listings were not producing results. My grandparents moved from Texas to California and were living with me for approximately 1.5 years. When they were ready to look for a property to lease, we contacted MGR and were introduced to Christy Ballou. Christy was patient and compassionate to my grand parents needs. She was very responsive and her communication and customer service far exceeded our expectations. She was able to secure them a property that they loved. She negotiated a fair market monthly lease payment and has addressed every issue they had. Ignacio Sancez did an incredible job in getting my house sold in a very timely matter he showed me a lot of drive and determination to get my house sold by holding numerous open houses and giving me great advice on how my house would show better. I would highly recommend him if you would like your agent to be very professional and to be someone who is going to work hard for you. Ignacio would definitely be my go to guy for any of my future real estate needs.

By far I have the best experience with MGR Real Estate. Both Warren and Michelle are friendly, easy to work with and very knowledgeable on helping me to rent out my property. I have my house listed within a month and find myself a prefect tenant. Along with a 3 years lease too. Now they are currently helping me on our Company new headquarter. Really feel like they are not just my agents, but more like a family with an open arms and welcome. Will have many more Business adventures to comes in upcoming years. Thanks MGR.

First off, I'm a new business owner in Riverside and new to the whole leasing market and had it not been for Danessa Jackson I would have lost my mind. She sat down with me and went over listings in person and did all the heavy lifting and even made time to drive out to the locations to see them with me and ask the questions I never would have thought to ask. Not only did she help tremendously with the scouting but when it came time for the book of paper work she simply told me I need this this and that, and within about a week I had all the paperwork done and shortly after the keys to my new place.

I was very pleased with MGR agent Danessa Jackson who helped me sell my condo in Inglewood. Danessa had offers in less than 10 days! I was retiring teaching for many years with LAUSD, and looking to move as soon as possible to the Inland Empire area. She was very professional, and even when we had appraisal issues, she handled all the negotiations to my satisfaction so that we had a successful closing. She even negotiated the extra time I needed from the new buyer to move it. I would certainly use her services again. Thank you Danessa!

Ignacio Sanchez was a miracle worker. My situation was a Trust sale that involved several individuals. Ignacio maneuvered amongst the parties with professionalism, patience & he met each individuals needs, including his interaction with the buyer's agent.

Javier Brown is THE BEST! He really cares about his client. He was quick with replies to questions, requests to see home, etc. We purchased a home and sold a home at the same time which is extremely stressful especially with two small children. Javier and the team at MGR were always kind to us and accommodating! We are pretty sure we found our "forever home" but if we need a real estate agent in the future I will definitely work with Javier. We will refer him to friends and family. Very impressed.
