We are excited to announce that WhiteStar Management has transitioned into MGR Property Management at the beginning of next year. As part of this transition, all Associations currently managed by WhiteStar Management Company will be integrated into the MGR Property Management operations platform. Effective January 1, 2025, MGR Property Management will be your Homeowners Association Management Company.

The WhiteStar Property Management office located at 72000 Magnesia Falls Dr. Suite 3 in Rancho Mirage will be rebranded under the MGR Property Management name. Your Association will continue to operate with the same bank accounts, the same vendor agreements, and retain the existing Community Association Manager and staff.
