Day in the Life: Daniel Valenzuela - Commercial Real Estate Agent - MGR Real Estate

Daniel Valenzuela is a Senior Commercial Real Estate Broker with MGR Real Estate for nearly a decade, where he conducts leasing and sales of commercial property, serving the counties of Riverside, Orange, Los Angeles, and San Bernardino.

During his first year at MGR Real Estate, Daniel was honored with the “Rookie of the Year” award, affirming his decision to take on his second career in commercial real estate. Daniel’s mother was his inspiration to join the real estate industry and embrace the natural salesman within him. Today, he specializes in industrial properties and land development, which aligns perfectly with his background in construction and logistics.

Although his schedule can change at any given moment, Daniel spends most of his time working with clients—responding to emails, returning phone calls, following up on leads, and closing deals. On a typical day, he meets with clients, attends meetings, visits properties, and handles necessary paperwork, including escrow processing. He enjoys being part of successful negotiations, which include risk management and problem-solving for clients.

While managing tough deals can be challenging, Daniel approaches every transaction with loyalty, honesty, and ethical representation to ensure his clients’ return on investment is maximized.

Daniel is an invaluable asset to MGR and has been responsible for the acquisition and/or leasing of over 550,000 square feet of commercial real estate. He is a mentor and teacher to others and continues to lead by example.
