ONTARIO, CA – MGR continues its innovative streak by installing 27 EV charging stations to one of their highly revered properties, One Lakeshore Centre in Ontario, CA.

With this latest modernization, MGR paves the way towards becoming one of the first commercial real estate companies in the Inland Empire to not only adapt to society’s technological advances, but fully welcome and embrace each new change.

In recent years, the Greater Inland Empire has become a region of technological and economic advancement, with a constant growth of high-tech jobs and an influx of new companies.

As the technological growth in this region thrives, Michael Rademaker, MGR Founder and CEO, continues to be a leader in the innovation of the Inland Empire’s surrounding cities. Rademaker quickly realized the need to act and deliver stations to charge electric vehicles for optimal customer service to anyone visiting an MGR building.

“And we’d like to thank my entire staff, the city, and the planning department for trying to figure out how to accommodate such an unusual request to become one of the first buildings to do it.” Rademaker stated proudly on Monday morning during the EV charging stations’ unveiling.

With Mr. Rademaker’s already considerable portfolio of commercial real estate properties in Southern California, and his clear connection to the region’s community, MGR is set on its journey towards becoming a much ‘greener’ organization.

The hope is for all MGR employees and invited guests with electric vehicles to use these EV charging stations.
